General Court Information

Congratulations on your child/children gaining a position on the Gala Day Court.  We hope that he/she will find the experience most enjoyable as have the children in previous years.
 
 The Crowning Ceremony is the main event of the Gala Day.  It is important that the children attend each rehearsal.  It is a team effort and the young people will all work together to gain confidence and be ready for the big day. 
 
To maintain the standard of the gala day and to ensure that we can continue to run this event every year we need the parents of the kids on the court to try and support with some of the fundraising events throughout the year. 

This year we have the annual door to door collection, a bag packing weekend in Tesco and a band night (adults only) to raise funds.  It would be great if each family could attend at least one of these events.
 
 
DRESS CODE FOR GALA COURT MEMBERS
 
All Boy’s wear the Kilt. Queen, Flower Girl’s, Petal Throwers & Train Bearers wear white or cream, Ladies of the Court, Ladies in waiting, Bower Girls and Cushion bearers wear dress in a colour of choice.
